I know it's illogical but please tell me I did not put on all the weight back?

I had the flu twice this past month. I have been trying to lose weight mostly through diet and was 253lbs as of Jan 30th. I developed the flu the second time on Feb 1, the next day I weighed in at 248lbs. Over the course of the week I fluctuated between 245-246lbs. Until this Sunday (Feb 9th) I could barely eat anything and keep it down. On Monday, I ordered takeout as I was craving it-- threw up everything. Monday and Tuesday I weighed 247-248 lbs.

Yesterday and today I finally ate above 1500 calories. I ate some takeout today again-- now I weigh 251.6 lbs. Was the weight I lost from the flu purely water weight and this is the way it's coming back? I feel paranoid. I hate myself for having takeout but it's only because I wanted to treat myself a little bit. I did not eat all of it-- half a wet burrito, some chips and a chile relleno.

I put this on your other thread, but the scale went down because you got dehydrated and had no food in your system! then it bounced back. not likely much fat related either direction.
