Looking for Friends/Support!

Good Afternoon! Although I have been on MFP for awhile (mostly just to log my food), I am a chronic "on the band wagon, off the band wagon" when it comes to weight loss/health/fitness over the last 10 years. I am constantly saying "Ill start Monday again" and that Monday will never come; I've tried every fad diet and most diet pills, until last year when I realized the only real way is diet and exercise (who woulda thunk?!)
While my husband was deployed last year, a friend and I did an overhaul and changed to a Paleo diet and added in moderate exercise, and for the Nth time lost the weight. Well he came home, and we spent the next few months making up for his absence of EVERY restaurant, fast food, cocktail and American indulgence he missed out on and for the Nth time, I am back at square one.
However, losing my friend, I have found that my accountability and support were the real motivation for a lot of my success (as self competitive in nature), so I am looking for friends/support to help each other in accountability, inspiration, motivation, support and success! I am not sure how to add friends, but please feel free to add me! Ive started back on a Ketogenic Paleo (cyclic) diet this time, and keep an open diary... Thanks!
