Underweight

Hey, im 5,9 and im around 118-120 i have very fast metabolism i lose weight while i sleep, i checked my self at 123 before bed and woke up to being 118 and i know you’re supposed to be 18 to use this app but im very insecure with everyone calling me a twig and my head looks bigger because of my arms and legs, my age is 12/28 n 09 , any advice?

    Pretty much everyone loses weight overnight, sometimes multiple pounds: We don't eat or drink during sleep, but we sweat, plus exhale gases and moisture that have a weight.

    Don't worry about that. Pay attention to your average weight change over 4-6 weeks, not day to day nonsense.

    You're not supposed to be here under 18 because the nutritional and calorie needs for a growing, maturing person are quite different than for us folks who are older.

    Your best, most healthful and successful route would be to get advice from a knowledgeable coach, health teacher, school nurse, dietitian, doctor or similar type of adult.

    Generally, the right direction would be to eat more calories of mostly nutritious foods, get ample protein, and strength train gradually and faithfully with a good program. Once good nutrition is happening, it's fine to add some calorie-dense treat foods to bump calories up, if needed. If you don't have gym access, there are beginner bodyweight programs that require minimal or no special equipment.
