How to add my be love yoga session

How do I add my class from be love yoga to the workout part of the log on the spa?

Log it in the cardiovascular section using the "Yoga" option - the options that's just the one-word "Yoga". Put in the whole session length - the number of minutes you were actually doing yoga, including small rests between postures if there are any. If there's chat/lecture at the start or end, or a longer break somewhere in there, maybe exclude those minutes.

Just answered your question about Apple Watch.

You don’t have to sweat it like this.

Go to your watch and touch the little

Then scroll down and select the type of workout you want to start:

When you’re done, stop the workout in your watch.

You’ll get a line item on your rings area that looks like this:

If you want details, touch the workout:

Apple will automatically sync with MFP to add the workout within a few seconds next time you open the MFP app. It will look like this (I did two power yoga classes this morning. This is not a duplicate entry):

BTW, remember I mentioned the Apple Watch adjustment on the other post? I have it enabled. You’ll see it deducted 210 calories from my exercise. I typically turn my move ring four or five times a day. You probably do not need to bother activating t unless your very very active.

Use your watch to start/ stop activities.

It does all the work for you. All you have to worry about is the weighing and logging part.

@springlering62 gave you better advice above than I did. In my defense, I didn't know you had an Apple watch. :flowerforyou:
