Is there a way to create a meal or recipe but only enter nutrients?

I make homemade soups and don’t follow a recipe all the time, after entering ingredients the app doesn’t calculate the nutrients correctly ( the recipe provided the information per serving. How can I adjust protein, fat etc?

I don't understand.
If you used the recipe builder, and made sure the entries for each ingredient had accurate nutrient information, the app should be calculating the nutrients correctly. Can you be more specific?
If the problem is that you get different nutrient totals in MFP than were provided in some recipe web site or similar . . . I've found the recipe websites to be not necessarily accurate in their nutrient totals. Other than that, I'd be checking the ingredients to make sure that accurate entries were selected from the food database by the recipe builder in MFP. Sometimes I've had to edit the recipe to delete an inaccurate food item, and replace it with a more accurate one.
The MFP food database is mostly crowd-sourced - entered by regular users like you or me. Sometimes food items are inaccurate in their details, or represent outdated/foreign formulations of a food product.0 -
Ive done this. Add it as a food product rather than a recipe. If you've worked out your own nutrition facts, just enter those numbers in. I usually do this as a 1-serving entry.
