Weight loss journey

Hi I currently weigh over 300 pounds. I am looking for a mentor who is willing to meet with me at least once a month if not biweekly or weekly to go through this weight loss journey with.

    I was over 300, currently 298ish. My current goal is 230 for starters. I am in San Diego CA desert region but could meetip on zoom to help you stay focused and on track. I am using a proven 5 step outline to change my lifestyle and develop better habits for healthier choices. Based on the book, "minimum effective dose" by Tom Ferris. He is a well respected sports nutritionist bio hacker. This plan reduces or eliminates the recurring minor injuries common with workouts therefore eliminating the recovery cycles for repairing muscles injured by over working out!
    I tecommend trying the steps even within other diets or plans ! Easy, satisfied, freedom and 2-3lbs loss weekly with only 20mins cardio 3 days a week max! Let me know if you wanna setup a schedule we can support each other. Oh lol i am Jason, 54yo nice to meet yah

    Do you have insurance? I am a mental health therapist, and I have a few patients who want to focus on their diets. We talk about what they have eaten, how they are tracking their diets, and what they are doing exercise-wise. It is covered under their mental health coverage. You might be able to find a therapist in your area that can do this with you.
