Has anyone had success correcting a tilted pelvis?
Is it worth it to focus on?

Anterior pelvic tilt is probably more common. This explains and gives some fixes.

You need to see an orthopedic doctor. There is no way for anyone here to give you good advice on this. I have a skeletal disorder. my pelvis tilt can't be corrected. You need medical scans to determine why your pelvis is the way it is or you can do more damage to yourself.2

I’ve seen some exercises to regain the muscle in your lower back, maybe there are different degrees to this. Thanks!0
