The old deficit question etc

Bit of background, since 2008 I lost nearly 100lbs, moved into my first house last year, got a bit complacent and put 28lbs back on, and I now want to lose it again (currently 195lbs)

However, I am very confused about the whole deficit thing - although I am not doing anything different than I did last time which obviously worked, but I'm worried it won't be healthy this time as I don't have so much to lose.

The site is telling me I need to eat 1930 calories a day, I am only managing to eat a maximum of 1700 a day and that is the maximum (except at the weekend when I do eat close to 2000), some days its quite a bit less. I am doing 4 days of cardio at about and hour each day (Bike, Rower, Cross Trainer) and burning on average 500-750 calories a day) 2 days of the week I am doing an hour on the weights multi gym. I am aiming for 1lbs loss a week.

So for today as an example, I have currently eaten 1657 calories (this figure doesn't include my dinner for today which will be around 300-400), I have burnt 996 calories today (Bike, Rower and House Cleaning) and it is saying my net calories is at 661 (will be around 1000 after dinner).

What does this mean? Is it bad?

As I said it worked the last time I lost all that weight, but looking back I do realise I was Ill quite a lot and would be quite Dizzy quite often, is this the reason why?

Any advice guys?

First forget the house cleaning as exercise. Secondly, figure out your BMR and eat over that for sure. You can add more calories to your day by making better food choices. You don't have to eat diet foods to lose weight. Eat full fat dairy, lean meats, nuts, eggs, peanut butter, avocado to bring your calories up without adding a lot of extra bulk to your food.
