:flowerforyou: Aloha! I started dancing 7 years ago when i got tired of walking on a treadmill facing a TV at the gym. I had lost 65 lbs. Then injured myself. I am still on the mend. In the process, I have gained back about 30 lbs. As I look at my "senior" years approaching, I know I need to get to a healthier weight. Wanna join me?
