Motivation

Hi I been off my workout schedule for 3 weeks now I just been feeling tired sluggish no ambition no energy to workout plus a busy stay at home mom to a 10 year old daughter who has autism and add she is being homeschooled needs lots of my help with her needs

    Do you get personal quite time? Working out is good on many levels. but it isn't something you should be stressed over. I'm disabled so working out isn't going to really change the amount of calories I burn in a day. I do it because I would like my body to become a little stronger. However your mental health is super important. Perhaps if you find a way to recharge your spirit, your motivation for working out will come back naturally.
