Walking with Charlie

I’ve started using an app called Walking with Charlie. In the app, you have to walk at least 5,000 steps a day to not gain weight, and 10,000 to lose weight or maintain optimal weight for Charlie.

I have found myself enjoying keeping Charlie healthy. The game challenges me to be consistent more than anything else, because if Charlie stops walking, he gains weight back - just like us!
