Hi folks. Just curious. If you are taking one of the weight loss drugs are you still logging and counting calories? and if so how many calories are you actually consuming a day. Does it work out fairly stable and around the same every day or does it vary wildly depending on how you feel on the day.

Not taking any medication as yet but watching this carefully as my GP has said he can prescribe weight loss medication if I feel I want to take it. Not sure if I do want to take it so doing my research at this point!0
