Where to start

My son wants to start bulking, but we both have no clue where too start. He is 15 yrs old, and is very fit.

    This isn’t a website for people under 18 and I seriously doubt posters on an adult weight loss site know much about safe training for growing kids. You’d probably find his pediatrician or a coach at his school a safer source of information.

    Check out these on YT. Renaissance Periodization, look at their playlists, tons of good info there about hypertrophy etc. I like Jonni Shreve for form guides and cues, he's a former pro bodybuilder. Jeff Nippard is very good too.

    Dr. Mike at RP is open about his steroid use and doesn't promote it. Jonni is open about how he used to be on steroids in his pro days but has been clean for several years. Many young fitness influencers however are clearly taking more than they allude to, not being open about it, and setting unrealistic goals for their followers as a result. So be careful who he's following.

    Don't ego lift either. Other than that, at 15 he doesn't need to get super serious about it yet. Just learn the form, don't ego lift, and he can do what he enjoys. Keep him away from PED's.

    I’d consult the pediatrician or an athletic coach at the school who specializes in young teens.
