Syncing steps from samsung health to myfitnesspal

Hey, just asking if anyone has a fool proof method for getting my steps to show from my galaxy watch( samsung health) on to my fitness app. Uninstalled clear cache etc.... all showing as connected but still not synced across..... any help greatly appreciated
