Newbie dashboard question

On Day one, top of the dashboard progress tracker noted how many meals tracked & grams of protein. Day two, it switched to meals & grams of fiber. Protein is my priority, how can I get that back on the Dashboard for quick reference throughout the day? Have researched the app & can’t figure it out.
