How do I find how to add weight trading and calories to mt "exercise" useage

    Look under the "cardio" section for "strength training" and enter the total number of minutes your workout lasted from beginning to end. Don't worry about rest times, the site already calculates rest times into its number. If you want to record individual exercises you can do so under the "strength" section, but it does not impact calories burned for the day, and there are a number of other places you can record sets/reps/weights better than MFP.
