just wanted to say hello to everyone and good luck hope we all acheive our goals in barnsley they have be active its free just been to zumba class wow was i shattered lol x

    Went to my first Zumba class Monday night, it was tough but I had fun ... hope you did too! There is a DVD out for beginners to learn the steps, I have it on the way :)

    I have been doing Zumba for about a month now 2 times a week. I love it. Good luck with your classes and welcome to mfp.
