Tracking Over/Under Daily vs. Weekly

Hi,

Maybe I'm missing this function. I'm on the free version but will probably go to the premium version (been on it before). I often enter my meals for the whole day ahead of time because I'm busy like all of you and take a lunchbox to work. I was UNDER by 600 calories yesterday but as I tracked it today I'm over 83. Makes sense. I exercised with weights and I'm hungrier today.

I can keep such things in my mind mostly and that's the way a diet goes, right?

But is there a function here that let's you see a weekly deficit/overage? I looked but I can't find it (I tend to use the web-based version vs. the app). I"m tempted because I see I'm over by 83 to "ration". . .but I may do it the cost of protein intake. My instinct that's a bad idea. I weigh weekly.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks.

That function exists in the phone/tablet app version of MFP. It's in the Nutrition menu selection, where you can select Week View in the Calories tab (or the other tabs).

It doesn't exist in the web version, as far as I know from using both for 9+ years, though I don't know everything, of course. 😉
