Hey everyone, is it possible to stop the app from going to different day automatically? I'm a night owl and I work till 7/8am so I hate the fact that it auto switched to the next day after 12. Thanks!

There is no way to change when the app considers something a day. It goes from midnight to midnight. I would be easier for you to adjust your perception of your day. 24 hours is still 24 hours. even if you sleep in the middle of the day rather than at night.0

An option might be to change the names on your diary. Change breakfast to 14:00 meal, lunch to 20:00 meal, dinner to 08:00 meal or whatever you like. You can also add I think two more categories. I'm not sure whether this works on any of the apps, but it's certainly possible on the website under Settings.0

I assume you know you can navigate back a day with the arrow keys? I need to do that sometimes in Winter, when I revert to my night-owl basic nature and stay up well after midnight often. The only other option I can think of is to change time zone to something that suits your schedule better, but I'm not sure I'd do that, personally, even though I think it could work. I like yirara's concept better, to change your meals to whatever ones you actually eat within MFP's 24-hour period. If that's not traditional breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, that doesn't matter. An option might be to change the names on your diary. It works on both web and apps, and we can have up to 6 meal slots, named anything we like.1
