Is Insanity scaring the Sandman away?

I started Insanity last Sunday, and starting about Tuesday I have had a lot of trouble getting to sleep... a couple of nights it has taken me over an hour. My workouts are usually in the mornings (Thursday and Friday I did it right after work as an experiment several hours before bedtime). Is this just a coincidence, or could something from my workouts be keeping me awake? If it is Insanity, any suggestions for fixing the issue?
Thanks in advance.
I did a quick forum search, but didn't see what I was looking for. If this has been discussed, sorry!

How much do you normally sleep? Perhaps you just have more energy now and are less tired? x0

On average I get 6-7 hours of sleep. I'll have to pay attention to my energy level tomorrow and see if you're on to something!0
