    1. Gaining muscle requires eating at a surplus. You can gain any significant muscle and lose fat at the same time.
    2. Where you see vein popping muscle people, that's a moment in time, they do not look like that all the time, it's after a few days of strenuous competition prep.

Gaining muscle: a great thing and awesome for you health.

Worrying about veins popping? Popped veins don't make you any stronger or faster. I guess they may advertise to the world that you're a lean mean fighting machine.... but, guess what, that advertising also happens when you ARE a lean mean fighting machine--with or without veins.

I suspect that you are 90 to 100 lbs because you haven't finished growing yet. And I can guarantee you that your body cannot grow and fully form if it doesn't have enough energy reserves. And yes this does include (some) fat, which at 90 to 100lbs *cannot* be over much

Since you're going to be stuck in that body for, hopefully, the better part of the next 80 years... you may want to give it enough nutrients so that all the little parts inside fully form so they can work as well as possible--instead of you discovering a bunch of extra defects as you get older.
