PREMIUM PAID THROUGH AUGUST 2025 BUT NOT WORKING

I used my premium macro adjustment last week. 2 days later, it stopped working and when I clicked on my premium, all I get is an add telling me about all the great things of premium. I contacted support and they sent me 3 things to do, down to deleting and reinstalling the app onphone and computer. nothing works. Now I'm being ghosted by support. Has this premium issued happened to anyone else?
