Calories in supplements?

Good morning I take a drink in the morning that consists of ag1 and some collagen and it works out to about 80 calories. My question is do you count those calories? As they are a supplement I know there's still calories but I'm not sure what to do

Yes, these have calories. You might not count them, but your body does.

I do. I log my calorie containing collagen in with my coffee cause that’s how I consume it and then my other supplements get logged into the diary under a section I named supplements regardless of the caloric value. Mostly for accountability and creating good habits.
