Exercises not recording on the app

Hi There!
I've been trying to add exercise into my daily diary but it doesn't allow them. For example, I did a set of 12 shoulder press at 25, these uploaded. I then ultried to add 2 sets of 12 shoulder press at 37.5 but they're not saving to the diary.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is?

Not sure, I couldn't get the individual exercises to work either. I just use the cardio part and add weight training. it asks how long you trained for and pops out a general calories burned. Someone on here suggested taking those numbers with a grain of salt and maybe only counting 50% to be on the safe side. I'm using 100% for now since im only on week 2 here and will wait a few months to see if its good nough.
