how to add how many calories you burn when you add an exeercise

I added strength training for 30 mins, and according to data base , I burned 106 calories. but I don't see anywhere to put that number of calories burned, and it doesn't automatically add any burned calories upping my calories for the day. I do NOT have premium pkg, is that the problem? In not, how can I assign calories burned to an exercise I've added?

It should add the calories if you add the minutes of strength training to your diary. In the phone/tablet app, you can log it using the big plus sign on the dashboard, then click exercise, cardiovascular, then add the strength training. On the web version of MFP, there's an exercise diary in the exercise tab where you can add it.

If you need more detailed instructions than that, please post back, and I'll add some screen shots . . . but please tell me whether you're using the phone/tablet version of MFP or the web browser version, because I'd rather not do both examples if you only need one.

(As context, I'm just a regular MFP user like you trying to help. I'm not an MFP staff person. )
