Low Calorie Recipes”

Hello my name is Mike and I’m looking for a low calorie recipe. Preferably a low calorie chicken meal with some veggies in it. I have lost 43 lbs using my fitness pal counting calories and I feel so much healthier and more energy than ever before. I’m looking forward to trying other types of food recipes and new foods. Greek Chicken Bowls
Meat
4 Chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 pounds), small
Produce
1 1/2 tsp Basil, dried
2 1/2 cups Cucumber
1 tbsp Dill, fresh
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 cups Grape or cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1 cup Red onion
4 cups Romaine lettuce
1 Tabespoon lemon, zest
Condiments
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Lemon juice
Pasta & Grains
2 cups Rice or quinoa, cooked
Baking & Spices
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 1/4 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
5/16 cup Olive oil
Dairy
1/2 cup Feta
1 cup Greek yogurt, plainthis is delicious and easy to put together. Marinate the chicken ahead of time and then you can meal prep!1 -

I haven't tried those specific recipes, but have used other ones from there, and found them tasty.

go to grocery store and look for Taylor Farm stir fry or salad kits.
Dice chicken breast into small cubes, brown in a hot, nonstick pan with no oil.
Either add the stir fry kits to the browned chicken and cook til crispy tender (I add a little water to the pan rather than oil) and serve.
Or, put the browned chicken over one of the salad kits.
Voila. Five minute dinner with lots of veggies.
