Return to Office - Plan weekly meals CHALLENGE

I’m a federal worker, recently returned to office every day from working from home. Planning daily meals is important to keep nutrition and weight on track. The challenge is not only planning and prepping nutritious weekly meals, but pack in a way that takes up least amount of space and weight, easy to carry along with laptop, etc. and doesn’t take a lot of time prepping the night before. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and eat dinner on 50 minute drive home. Have access to microwave, toaster, frig and freezer, and plan to keep utensils at work. This can be a 4-week challenge to come up with 8 DAILY meals. All tips are welcome!
