Hi all, Thank you for the welcome and likes. It's been nose to the grind mostly studying all day. Too sedentary! But husband found me a riser on clearance at Office Depot so I can do standing desk. Just trying to get used to it. I passed my certification exams (computers) but then got the opportunity to take more at no cost so I've been trying to knock that out before graduation on Friday. Not reaching my physical activity goals because of it. Need a break after graduation so I can work on me. Been sleeping a little bit better and have been better with my eating, though. Two migraines this week but I did lose a whole pound…wohoo! 😂 At least the gaining stopped. So here are my new stats:

HW: 229

CW: 228

GW: 130
