exercise adjusting my calories and macros even with negative adjustments off

I am getting frustrated. When I have negative adjustments on it is taking the exercise calories off my goal calories. For example my goal is 1810 and not it shows I only have 273 cals left because it adjusted for the exercise that I did and my food 927 - it says I only have 273 calories left for the day. Then when I disable it, it keeps adding calories to my goal.
I just want my goal calories and macros to stay the same as I set up. I don't add calories when I workout.

Negative Calorie Adjustment is different than turning exercise calories off. If you have a Premium subscription, you can turn exercise calories off by going to More/Menu » Goals » Scroll down and turn exercise calories "off".
