Each week we report our exercise (this is an interactive team) as well as work on 2 Healthy Habits a week. We weigh in on Saturdays. THANKS to this team I am continuing to tweak my habits with my teammates always cheering me on, I cheer them on also, I am held more accountable then if I tried this on my own. Actually, I DID try to maintain on my own, it wasn't nearly as much fun.
