Nutrition Fulfillment Assistant

Hi! I’m currently sitting on the couch letting the steak, potatoes, and salad settle from dinner and casually looking over today’s nutrition levels.
I’m seeing that I’m 39g short of my protein goal. I thought, here’s where I need some help getting to that last little bit of protein. Something, a recipe or snack, that wouldn’t overdo it after a big meal like I had and likewise, would also show me if I’m ever short in one of the other nutrition levels. I need a Nutrition Fulfillment Assistant.
I know, I could make a protein shake or eat some yogurt but that’s a lot of sugar too…
