How to check my activity

So I just downloaded fitnesspal app yesterday, connected my goggle fitness so it's synced & I can see my activity progress on the app ,I was working out yesterday on the app I can see my logged food /calorie but activity section is empty?it's definitely connected with Goggle fitness (I've checked I own goggle pixel phone) but activity section is empty ,I thought as it's sync & I had my mobile with me during workout it will show up..
