How to access my meal plan

I am on day three of my meal plan and it says “take time today to prepare lunches for days ….” But I cannot find my meal plan anywhere! Help!?

I'm not sure what you are talking about. MFP doesn't make meal plans. You can track what you eat under the food section. It also gives you a place to enter recipes for those who meal prep but it doesn't make actual plans. Where did you get your plan from?

MFP does have things called "meal plans", but they're usually pretty much just articles with goals and suggestions for accomplishing the results, not meal plans in the sense of telling us exactly which food to eat.
Personally, I don't like being told exactly what to do - that's probably a character fault 😉😆 - so I'm OK with that.
If you're looking for an app that will tell you exactly which foods to eat at each meal, with recipes, there are apps like this one that will do that:
I don't work for that app, don't get compensated for linking that app, don't even use that app. I'm just linking it as an example of an exact-type meal planner. I'm sure there are others.

Plans are apparently on the app, at least the iOS app, but not on the web.
From any screen on the app, down near the bottom is a little icon that looks like a clipboard and it says "plans." Perhaps that's what you're thinking about?
