Shoulder injury and hips injury

I had a shoulder and hips injuries. I cannot work out as I do. Just doing spinning and walking. I used to rock climb, do functional workout, dance and yoga; now because of the injury my workout routine are not the same for the abuse I put my body on. I want to keep my body weight and don’t want to gain more weight (as lately I did); that is what motivated me lately.

    When you have a change in activity level, you have to change your caloric intake to compensate. Mfp can help you track that. I hope you heal quickly so you can go back to what you love doing.
