Accountability is the key

Hi everyone. I've been using this app for years, and it's been great to set goals and track progress. However, I've never tried to use any network of cyber friends, which has been a mistake. That's why I'm a yo-yo dieter. My perfect weight is 180, but I go from 180 to 200 pounds pretty routinely. And… I was shocked to see my weight go up to 222 after Christmas! I couldn't believe it. I dropped a few pounds by cutting out alcohol and snacks, and running and lifting weights 5x a week. So… I was maintaining an unhealthy 220, even though I could still run 8 minute miles. Fast forward… I hired a health coach who sends me a daily food plan and requires me to weigh myself everyday and send it to her. And… I've lost 22 pounds in 27 days. I will have no problem passing my flight and military physical now. And… and keeping on for another 15 pounds. So, here's my proposal to all of you. Let's connect and be accountability partners. It will just require a few inputs each day.. weight, blood pressure (you can get a cuff at Walgreens, etc. ) and mood. I think if we simple share those three things each day (and reach out if we don't hear something from each other after 2 days), then we'll all see amazing results. Today is 3/16/25… let's give it a try. Here's me 22 pound heavier a month ago… you won't believe the energy I have now. I couldn't do this without my accountability coach
