Fiber rich snacks

my idea was that once you consume adequate protein then if you’re hungry between meals, add fiber rich snacks. One day a half cup beans curbed the appetite. My local stores, Western Montana, didn’t have bean type snacks, so onward to Amazon. Right now it’s Brami lupini, per 100 calories 20 grams protein, per 15 beans, 30 g: 4 grams protein, 3 grams fiber.
this is a new to me food.
do you know this food?

Yes, I know this food. I've also eaten jarred lupini, too.

Honestly, I didn't love the Brami ones a lot, though I don't remember why at this point . . . and I'm certainly not implying that other people shouldn't/wouldn't like them, because tastes differ. 🙂

Some other possible options might include dry-roasted edamame (I like Seapoint Farms and Only Bean brands of those), commercial or home-made crispy chickpeas or lentils, crispy broad beans (I like Bada Bean Bada Boom brand).

The Seapoint Farms edamame have 130 calories per 30 grams, 14 grams protein, 6 grams fiber. The Bada Bean Bada Boom broad beans, sea salt flavor - because there are lots of flavors - are 110 calories per 28 grams, 6 grams protein, 4 grams fiber.

You might not enjoy those as much as I do, or think they have the macros/fiber you need, but I enjoy them.
