I found a really satisfying snack today and thought I should start keeping track of these go-to food items so I can remember what to reach for that will get the job done. Then I thought, why not keep track of them here and ask for others' favorites? I'm looking for EASY and a nice balance of macros.

I love sushi and I’m going to try a sushi bowl:

Greens on bottom of bowl, then sticky rice mixed with canned salmon, top with half a cucumber, sliced, edamame, radishes, slices of avocado, hot sauce / yogurt mix (or mayo) sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.

    I’ll be trying this tomorrow.

Variations could be to add teriyaki tofu or switch salmon with tuna.
