Weight loss + consistency

Hi everyone I'm Courtney,

My starting weight is 146 lbs wanting to recomposition.

Losing fat is the hardest for me and keeping muscle on while also trying to stay consistent with working out.

I'm looking for some accountability and motivation.

I have a entire gym set up with weights / a assault bike and a outdoor bike too. The only thing holding me back is energy after 12 hour shifts.

Hoping to get some help! And will post weekly on Sundays
