2025 Spring Healthy Habits Theme: Getting Back to Basics

In accordance with the Celebration of the first challenge, the Healthy Habits theme is “Getting Back to Basics.” 

The very first 5% challenge was very basic. The focus was mostly on fitness, with little information about Healthy Habits. As leaders, we love that many of the winter survey responses were so positive about the emphasis we place on Healthy Habits!

We have many members who have been in maintenance for many years, largely because they continue to practice the basic tasks that contribute to healthy living. Then, there are those of us who just can’t seem to get the hang of keeping up with our habits. Our days are haphazard and disorganized. 

Getting back to basics helps us review and renew old habits or review and develop new ones. We are happy to present the 2025 Spring Line Up of Healthy Habits! May they inspire and motivate you to get back to basics!

    Im so excited to get back to basics Ceri!! Each time I slow on being healthier it's because I've off the rail. THANKS to the 5% Challenges I get right back on track! Love the Health Habits!

    This is such an amazing challenge. I've done it twice and this last one really helped kick something into motion. It's an amazing group of people and an amazing challenge!

    @diamonds1202 Oh, I TOTALLY AGREE!!! Gone are over 100 lbs thanks to this challenge and KEEPING IT OFF!! WWOOHOOO!!!
