How To Create a Meal in MyFitnessPal 📱

Do you have a favorite go-to meal that you consume on a regular basis? For foods that you commonly eat together, saving them as a meal lets you easily log them in your diary, saving you valuable time from manually searching and adding each day.

To create a meal, just add the items you’d like to combine to one section of your diary by clicking add food. For example, I commonly eat two eggs, cereal, and milk for breakfast.
Once added, simply tap the option menu ••• next to the add food button and select save as meal.
You can also tap edit at the top corner of the diary, select any items you want, and then tap save as meal.
From here, you can name your meal, add a photo, and even include instructions. This item will then be available under my meals for quick and easy logging.
