Sugar Busters!

Is anyone on the Sugar Busters! diet? I know it is from the late 1990s, but I have heard it can really work. I started it two days ago and have already noticed changes. I was just curious if anyone else has tried it with any luck.

I don't use it for dieting purposes, but I own a copy and keep it around for recipes.
