This is for beginner runners who are wondering when this will get easier. I finished c25k a while ago and been consistently running 3 days a week since. But I was not really enjoying it and wondering if I would ever get to a point where I was running and didnt just want to stop the whole time. Well, it finally happened! It was literally from one run to the next that I felt the difference from the first two minutes into it. I thought it might been a fluke but nope. The 5-6 runs since have also been amazing. I can run for longer and even then dont feel like I need to stop. So I wanted to post in case anyone is feeling the way I was just to give some hope thwt it can happen for you too
. So keep plugging away and it will happen!

Thanks, I'll be starting my second week of C25K tomorrow. I don't enjoy running, so I will definitely remember this in the weeks to come!0
