    Hi there, I'm pretty familiar with the science behind it and have done it myself. Can I ask the reason you're considering it for yourself?

    Intermittent fasting by itself does not help you lose weight. You can still overeat and do intermittent fasting. You have to create a calorie deficit. If i.f. helps you do that, then go for it. But over all when you eat should be when you need to eat. That varies from person to person.
