Meal plans while taking Terizepatide (Zepbound)

I have been on Terizepatide (Zepbound) for about 18 weeks, and have lost 16 pounds. Doctor very happy with progress. Goal is 14 more. No nausea, but has aggravated my constipation. I try to reach 110g protein and 50g fiber, within 1400 calories, daily. Does anyone have a meal plan strategy that has been successful for them? And, is there a way to track weekly dosage within the diary? Thanks!

Well the medication is suppose to slow digestion and I certainly wouldn't be adding that much traffic to an already jammed up highway, try reducing traffic. Less fiber solved my lifetime constipation problem which also bears out in the scientific literature, it's just not a popular opinion at the moment where fiber has been elevated to a religious status. imo

I am on a different glp-1 not Terizepatide. I have similar calorie allowance and protein goals. I currently aim for 30 grams of fiber, but I was initially aiming for 25 grams. I find I have less digestive issues if I make sure to drink enough water. I also eat 1-2 probiotic foods daily and take a digestive enzyme (beano) to help break down complex carbs. In a pinch, I eat a dried prune or two. I usually don't need to anymore unless I have been falling short on fiber and water. Walking or mild cardio can help too, if you aren't already active.

There are apps that will make meal plans. This is an example:
I don't work for them, don't get compensated for linking the site, don't even use it myself, have just played with it out of curiosity. I'm just citing it as an example of a type of software; I'm sure it has competitors. With this one, you can try out the basic functions without even signing up for an account, to get an idea of what it does. IMU, if you do sign up for an account, you can set more specific macro goals for it to use.
I don't use that site because - as an unapologetic hedonistic, impulsive, aging-hippie flake, pretty much - I don't want anyone telling me what to eat. What I did was the opposite end of the spectrum, just remodeling my eating gradually over a small number of weeks to find new, routine habits that got me to the calorie and nutritional goals I wanted while eating foods I found tasty, practical, and affordable. That method is described here:
That won't suit you if you want something that tells you what to eat at each meal, though.
That's not a criticism, by the way: Different approaches work best for different people. Also, just for full transparency, I didn't take Zepbound or similar drugs to lose weight; they weren't generally available then, among other reasons. Though some things are different with the drugs, I don't think meal planning is one of them.
Best wishes for success, on whatever path you find works best for you!

to help with the constipation, I learned from my GI doctor that beef & caffeine contributes to dehydration. When I eliminated those 2 things from my diet I noticed major improvements. I’ve tested adding beef back into my diet and EVERYTIME plagued with constipation. So I only eat it in small doses as a random treat. I’ve been on Zepbound now for 7 months and down 30lbs.
