Hello everyone!

My name is melanie & Im currently 5'2 - 160lbs and ultimate goal is to get down to 140 and build more muscle as well lose fat. This is my first time actually taking the gym seriously along with fixing my eating habits. Recently ive been gaining weight like crazy- although its not noticeable by others. This is a new era for me which im very excited about! Yesterday i started meal prepping and to start my journal i will be beginning a cal deficit. Any tips are appreciated 😊

    My only advice is to eat less and move more.
