I am back on my weight loss journey...and I have been away from MyFitnessPal for years... Life be surely Lifen.... So much going on... But by GODS Grace and mercy I know that I can definitely get to where I should be... I'm feeling like I going through a storm I know for sure that they do not last forever unless you want it to.

    i am leaning on God’s grace and mercy also. I have bloodwork in the morning to see if I have type 2 diabetes. Not a place I want to go. I need to get my act together and lose 35 pounds.
