Dr recommended low/no carb diet (carb addiction)

hey guys I’m just starting out on my health conscious eating journey and the biggest challenge is eating low/no carbs. I’m day 1 of no carbs and just wanted to know if anyone has experience or tips to share!

hey everyone! I’m new to the premium edition of fitness pal but have been logging my meals for sometime now. Excited to go on this journey with you all. I’m currently on a 12 day streak!! Would love to know if anyone has tried the featured workouts and recipes yet?

think of it as something fabulous.. you get to eat healthy food! Don’t think of it as something you are missing. Low carb is easy when you get in the swing of it. There are multiple groups here with like minded people thriving in it.
