Losing 100 lbs

I like to Bowl, basketball, softball, football, pool, darts, etc. I do almost none of these things regularly. I want to change that.

    Hi there, seancraighead: I can relate to the low activity level. I was a RN running around with crazy demands and work schedules + on call, etc.) then I became disabled due to several back issues, hernias that could not be 100% repaired, etc. That was age 59, now I am a 63 y/o woman with ~110 lbs. to lose! I have lost 30+ so far, but I struggle with doing them activities I love, however, I am determined to re-create myself with God,s precious help and guidance and the assistance of a wonderful coach/trainer and also my husband! You can do it, and so can I praise God!
