What is your question or issue with belly fat?
The common question is how to lose it, and the common answer is to eat fewer calories than one burns. That will lead to fat loss, but the body decides where that fat will be lost. If the fat is in various places around the body, the body determines what order those areas deplete of fat, too. For many people, belly fat is among the last areas to deplete.
Poor posture can make belly fat stick out more and look more prominent. There are posture exercises for that.
Being undermuscled or undernourished can also contribute to a protruding belly. Strength exercise performed faithfully for a long time can help improve muscularity slowly. If nutrition is less than ideal, obviously the solution is better nutrition.
