Check-In Ketone allow for decimal under 1

browser version of myfitnesspal, screen "Check-in" Ketone currently allows data entry of 1-99,999. A value of 0.5 is considered 'in low level ketosis. The app flags decimal values under 1 as an error and does not allow you to save the entry.

Valid Ketone ranges are 0.0 - 10.0 mmol/L

You should be able to enter decimal values under 1 (0.1 , 0.2, … 0.9)
